Mind & Body

Food is an important part of feeling comfortable away from
home. We are proud to serve our students community and
are dedicated to preparing healthy, whole some, nutritious,
well-balanced meals from breakfast through dinner that
meet the needs of today's active students.

The quality of food served is monitored by the food commit-
tee and kitchen Head. Residential catering is provided by THE
NAVARRASAM ACADEMY - Food Services, at the main dining
facility. The menu is keenly planned with both variety as well
as nutritional aspects in mind.
